Get any fruit – carrot, orange, cucumber, berries, nuts etc\n2. Hold the fruit in your hand\n3. Look in the direction of the New Moon.\n4. Breath in and out, and repeat 3 times to totally align with the surrounding energies.\n5.. Say the prayer below holding your fruit in your right hand :\n“Dear Universe/God\nI ask for the courage to tell myself honest and hard truth at all times no matter the pains.
